This ICR applies to Cucumis spp seeds being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported Cucumis spp seeds that have been repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available and additional phytosanitary requirements need to be endorsed on an Australian phytosanitary certificate, refer to the Cucumis spp seed Micor case for South Africa.

A copy of the import permit and original phytosanitary certificate meeting the import requirements listed on the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
