Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Note: If the import permit makes reference to PQC 25, please use the Legume and Grass seed to Papua New Guinea Micor case instead.
Consignments are to be immersed in a solution of appropriate fungicide and insecticide for more than 5 minutes. All the excess chemical must be removed after treatment. Or, 

Consignments to be fungicide treated with Thiram at the recommended manufacturer's rate and fumigated with phosphine at recommended manufacturer's requirements.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
