A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.

The phytosanitary certificate for re-export must be accompanied with the import permit and a manufacturer's certificate confirming that the products do not contain any seed, viable plant material, or material of animal origin. 

This ICR applies to the following products derived of plant origin covered by clause 2.1 of the Fertilisers and growing media of plant origin IHS being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25).
