- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse the statement that the seeds in the consignment have been prepared to industry standards with thorough cleaning to remove all traces of flesh from the seeds.

- This can only be used if the consignment is tested for Pospiviroids (Potato spindle tuber viroid, Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid, Columnea latent, viroid, Pepper chat fruit viroid, Tomato planta macho viroid and Tomato apical stunt viroid), Tomato brown rugose fruit virus and Tomato mottle mosaic virus in Australia, and all other conditions for Solanum lycopersicum seeds as indicated on Section 2.75 of New Zealand's Seeds for Sowing IHS (155.02.05) policy have been met on the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin.

- The phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin and/or the re-export phytosanitary certificate from the re-exporting country endorses freedom from Pepino mosaic virus, Columnea latent viroid, Potato spindle tuber viroid,Tomato apical stunt viroid, Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid, Tomato planta macho viroid, Tomato brown rugose fruit virus and Tomato mottle mosaic virus, or
- The phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin and/or the re-export phytosanitary certificate from the re-exporting country endorses freedom from Columnea latent viroid, Potato spindle tuber viroid, Tomato apical stunt viroid, Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid and Tomato planta macho viroid and a copy of the laboratory analysis certificate endorsing freedom from Tomato brown rugose fruit virus, Tomato mottle mosaic virus and Pepino mosaic virus which was used to clear the seeds on arrival in Australia is provided to the department and a copy of CTO# PP_CTO2022031 dated 9 August 2022 accompanies the consignment (request a copy from the Grain and Seed Exports Program at Grain.Export@agriculture.gov.au).
- Another endorsement must be used if no phytosanitary certificate and/or a laboratory analysis certificate meeting the above requirements is available.

- For imported seeds, the original phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin and/or the re-export phytosanitary certificate from the re-exporting country, or a certified copy / certified copies thereof, and/or a laboratory analysis certificate endorsing freedom from Tomato brown rugose fruit virus, Tomato mottle mosaic virus and Pepino mosaic virus must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
- For imported seeds, a lot number, matching the lot number shown on the incoming phytosanitary certificate(s) and/or incoming laboratory analysis certificate(s), must be indicated on the Australian phytosanitary certificate.
1) Pepino mosaic virus, Tomato brown rugose fruit virus, Columnea latent viroid, Tomato apical stunt viroid, Tomato planta macho viroid and Tomato mottle mosaic virus are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The seeds in this consignment have been officially tested, on a representative sample of a minimum of 3000 seeds officially drawn according to the ISTA or AOSA sampling methodology using a NPPO approved PCR testing method, and found to be free from Potato spindle tuber viroid, Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid and Tomato brown rugose fruit virus,
3) The seeds in this consignment have been prepared to industry standards with thorough cleaning to remove all traces of flesh from the seeds.
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 1179)
1) Pepino mosaic virus, Columnea latent viroid, Tomato apical stunt viroid, Tomato planta macho viroid and Tomato mottle mosaic virus are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The seeds in this consignment have been produced in a 'pest free place of production' free from Potato spindle tuber viroid, Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid and Tomato brown rugose fruit virus,
3) The seeds in this consignment have been prepared to industry standards with thorough cleaning to remove all traces of flesh from the seeds.
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 3212)
1) Pepino mosaic virus, Columnea latent viroid, Tomato apical stunt viroid, Tomato planta macho viroid and Tomato mottle mosaic virus are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The seeds in this consignment have been produced in a 'pest free area' free from Potato spindle tuber viroid, Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid and Tomato brown rugose fruit virus,
