Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

This ICR applies to Lolium spp seeds for sowing listed in the MPI Plants Biosecurity Index being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported Lolium spp seeds for sowing that have been repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the Lolium spp seeds for sowing Micor case for New Zealand.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.

The Authorised Officer must confirm the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin meets all import requirements listed under Agropyron (under which Lolium spp requirements are classified as per the MPI PBI) in the Seeds for Sowing IHS and treatment requirements listed under Agropyron in the Approved Biosecurity Treatments document.
