This ICR applies to Lactuca sativa seeds being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported Lactuca sativa seeds that have repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the vegetable seeds Micor case for Fiji.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
