- fish and fish products (other than liquid fish and dried abalone) exported in a consignment of no more than 10 kilograms.
However, the Department may provide an export certificate if one is required by the importing country competent authority.

For live seafood, use an FX46 Certificate as to Condition.
The FX46 Certificate as to Condition contains the following attestations:

7.2 Non-viable seafood
For non-viable seafood, use an FX46 Certificate as to Condition.
The FX46 Certificate as to Condition contains the following attestations:
