Importing country requirements
It is the exporter's responsibility to ensure that the animal meets the importing country requirements.
The following conditions apply only to consignments of 4 or fewer live rabbits to Taiwan from Australia.
An import permit required.
Contact the Ministry of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency (APHIA) for information about the process required to import animals into Taiwan from Australia.

The following conditions apply only to consignments of 6 or more animals, over the age of 72 hours and for birds only (including pigeons, parrots, eagles and other birds). There is a separate Micor entry for 5 or fewer live birds to Taiwan from Australia.
