Phytosanitary certificate is to be issued with the details of theingredients and to include the botanical names (under the relevant column ofthe phytosanitary certificate).
The description onthe Phytosanitary certificate under the Name of Produce should follow exampleformat GRAIN MIX CONSISTING OF: <INGREDIENT 1, INGREDIENT 2, INGREDIENT 3etc>. There is to be no deviation from this text format. This information must be listed in the Additional Product Description field of the RFP.
