ICR applies to consignments being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported products whose phytosanitary status has been changed through processes such as repackaging or treatment, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the non-re-export Micor case for this commodity.
The original phytosanitary certificate (or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate) which accompanied the consignment on arrival in Australia must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of endorsement 7291:
- Only required if the phytosanitary certificate used for clearance of the consignment upon arrival in Australia does not endorse freedom from Coffee bean borer (Hypothenemus hampei).
- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient for endorsing freedom from this pest.
- If the phytosanitary certificate used for clearance of the consignment upon arrival in Australia does endorse freedom from Coffee bean borer (Hypothenemus hampei), no endorsement is required.
