Consignments are to be treated with an appropriate insecticide and fungicide at recommended manufacturers’ requirements

Recommended insecticide chemicals are:

  • Thiodicarb
  • Pirimiphos-methyl
  • Carbaryl

Recommended fungicide chemicals are:

  • Thiram
  • Metalaxyl
  • Carbooxin

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
