Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements:

  • Where laboratory testing is required, the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
  • Where crop inspection is required, a crop inspection report is required to endorse freedom from the listed pests.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 755)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and pre-harvest and found free from Witch weed (Striga spp),
2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides besseyi), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Doublegee (Emex australis), Hoary cress (Lepidium draba), Rigid ryegrass (Lolium rigidum) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 1121)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and pre-harvest and found free from Witch weed (Striga spp),
2) The consignment is free from White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides besseyi), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Doublegee (Emex australis), Hoary cress (Lepidium draba), Rigid ryegrass (Lolium rigidum) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 1773)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and pre-harvest and found free from Witch weed (Striga spp),
2) The consignment is free from White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides besseyi), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate,
3) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Doublegee (Emex australis), Hoary cress (Lepidium draba), Rigid ryegrass (Lolium rigidum) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense).

Option 4 (EXDOC Endorsement 1780)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and pre-harvest and found free from Witch weed (Striga spp),
2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides besseyi),
3) The consignment is free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Doublegee (Emex australis), Hoary cress (Lepidium draba), Rigid ryegrass (Lolium rigidum) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.
