Explanation of the endorsements:
- Where laboratory testing is required, the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
- Where crop inspection is required, a crop inspection report is required to endorse freedom from the listed pests.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2277)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Broomrape (Orobanche spp), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Hoary cress, Rigid ryegrass (Lolium rigidum) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense).
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 2278)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Broomrape (Orobanche spp),
2) The consignment is free from from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Rigid ryegrass (Lolium rigidum) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.
