Explanation of the endorsements
Endorsement 6683:
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michigianensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Doublegee (Emex australis).
- The statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
- A crop inspection certificate is required to endorse freedom from Broomrape (Orobanche spp).

1) The crop was officially inspected at least once during active growth and was found free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Doublegee (Emex australis),
