Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Endorsement 6683:
  • A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michigianensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Doublegee (Emex australis).
  • The statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
  • A crop inspection certificate is required to endorse freedom from Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
Endorsement 6684:
  • Crop inspection certificates are required to endorse freedom from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michigianensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Doublegee (Emex australis) and Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
Endorsement 7010:
  • A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michigianensis subsp. insidiosus) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
  • The statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). 1) The consignment is free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense),Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michigianensis subsp. insidiosus),Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Doublegee (Emex australis), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate,
2) The crop was officially inspectedduring one full growing season and found free from Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 6684)
1) The crop was officially inspected at least once during active growth and was found free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michigianensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Doublegee (Emex australis),
2) The crop was officially inspected during one full growing season and found free from Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
 
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 7010)
1) The crop was officially inspected at least once during active growth and was found free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Doublegee (Emex australis),
2) The consignment is free from Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michigianensis subsp. insidiosus) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate,
3) The crop was officially inspected during one full growing season and found free from Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
