Explanation of the endorsements:
- Where laboratory testing is required, the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
- Where crop inspection is required, a crop inspection report is required to endorse freedom from the listed pests.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 1161)
1) The consignment is free from Bunted wheat nematode (Anguina tritici), Barley stripe mosaic virus, Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Doublegee (Emex australis) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 5056)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Bunted wheat nematode (Anguina tritici), Barley stripe mosaic virus, Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Doublegee (Emex australis) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense).
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 5177)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Bunted wheat nematode (Anguina tritici), Barley stripe mosaic virus and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
2) The consignment is free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Doublegee (Emex australis) and Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.
