Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements:

  • Where laboratory testing is required, the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
  • Where crop inspection is required, a crop inspection report is required to endorse freedom from the listed pests.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 3997)
1) Bent grass nematode (Anguina agrostis) is known not to occur in Australia,
2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Doublegee (Emex australis).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 3998)
1) Bent grass nematode (Anguina agrostis) is known not to occur in Australia,
2) The consignment is free from Doublegee (Emex australis), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.
