Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements:

Endorsement 3878:
  • A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Cylindrocladium black rot (Cylindrocladium crotalariae).
  • The statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).

Endorsement 3125:

  • A crop inspection certificate is required to endorse freedom from Cylindrocladium black rot (Cylindrocladium crotalariae).

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 3878)

1) The consignment is free from Cylindrocladium black rot (Cylindrocladium crotalariae), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 3125)
1) Crop was inspected during the complete cycle of growth and found to be free of Cylindrocladium black rot (Cylindrocladium crotalariae).
