Explanation of the endorsements:
- Where laboratory testing is required, the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" must be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
- Where crop inspection is required, a crop inspection report is required to endorse freedom from the listed pests.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 3985)
1) The consignment is free from Bunted wheat nematode (Anguina tritici), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate.
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 3986)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Bunted wheat nematode (Anguina tritici), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 3991)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci),
2) The consignment is free from Bunted wheat nematode (Anguina tritici), according to the result of the official laboratory analysis indicated in the additional product description of this phytosanitary certificate,
3) The seed has been treated, under official supervision, for Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile).
