1) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part C, point 7 (a, b, c. i, b. i) of Plant Health (Plant Phytosanitary Conditions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 - The plants must be accompanied by an official statement that they have been grown in a nursery, free from plant debris, flowers & fruits, inspected & found prior to export free from:  symptoms of harmful bacteria, viruses and virus-like organisms, harmful nematodes, insects, mites & fungi or have been subjected to appropriate treatment to eliminate such organisms. 
2) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part B, point 2 (a) of Plant Health (Phytosanitary Conditions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; Plants in this consignment have been grown during a period of at least three years before export, or in the case of plants which are younger than three years, have been grown throughout their life, in a country which, in accordance with the measures specified in ISPM 4, is known to be free from Pierce's disease (Xylella fastidiosa).
