This Micor case only applies to plants or plant products exported to Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). Northern Ireland is within the European Union's Sanitary and Phytosanitary area, so EU import requirements apply for exports to Northern Ireland. Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


It is the exporter’s responsibility to ensure that the phytosanitary certificate is issued within 14 days of the consignment being exported from Australia.

1) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part A, point 97 (a) of Plant Health (Plant Phytosanitary Conditions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 - the fruits originate in Australia which, in accordance with the measures specified in ISPM4, is known to be free from Leaf branch and fruit disease (Botryosphaeria kuwatsukai),
2) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part A, point 98 (a) of Plant Health (Plant Phytosanitary Conditions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 - the fruits originate in Australia which, in accordance with the measures specified in ISPM4, is known to be free from Apple curculio (Anthonomus quadrigibbus).
