Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


It is the exporter’s responsibility to ensure the consignment is exported within 14 days of inspection and the phytosanitary certificate is issued within 14 days of the consignment being exported from Australia.

Refer to the departure date and inspection date in the Request for Permit.

1) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part A, point 17 of Plant Health (Phytosanitary Conditions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; The bulbs, corms, rhizomes or tubers in this consignment or lot does not contain more than 1% by net weight of soil and growing medium.
 
2) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part B, point 2 (a) of Plant Health (Phytosanitary Conditions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; Plants in this consignment have been grown during a period of at least three years before export, or in the case of plants which are younger than three years, have been grown throughout their life, in a country which, in accordance with the measures specified in ISPM 4, is known to be free from Pierce's disease (Xylella fastidiosa).
