1) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part A, point 99 (a) of Plant Health (Plant Phytosanitary Conditions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 - the fruits originate in Australia which, in accordance with the measures specified in ISPM4, is known to be free from Lesser apple worm (Grapholita prunivora), Manchurian fruit moth (Grapholita inopinata) and Apple maggot (Rhagoletis pomonella),
2) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part A, point 97 (a) of Plant Health (Plant Phytosanitary Conditions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 - the fruits originate in Australia which, in accordance with the measures specified in ISPM4, is known to be free from Leaf branch and fruit disease (Botryosphaeria kuwatsukai),
3) Consignment complies with Schedule 7, Annex 7, Part A, point 98 (a) of Plant Health (Plant Phytosanitary Conditions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 - the fruits originate in Australia which, in accordance with the measures specified in ISPM4, is known to be free from Apple curculio (Anthonomus quadrigibbus).
