A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Note:
  • Aster yellows phytoplasma group (yellow disease phytoplasmas) is known not to occur in Australia. No evidence is to be cited for endorsing freedom from this pest.
Consignments are to be treated with an appropriate broad spectrum pesticide at recommended manufacturers requirements.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

1) Aster yellows phytoplasma group (yellow disease phytoplasmas) is known not to occur in Australia. 
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Bemisia tabaci ((B biotype) silverleaf whitefly), Pseudaulacaspis pentagona (mulberry scale), Trichoplusia ni (cabbage looper).
