- If the import permit does not require an additional declaration, a phytosanitary certificate with nil endorsement will be issued.
Endorsement 3616:
- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from Dried currant moth (Cadra cautella), Dried fruit beetle (Carpophilus spp) and Saw toothed grain beetle (Oryzaephilus surinamensis).
- An area freedom certificate is required to endorse freedom from Alternaria leaf spot (Alternaria alternata), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Black root rot (Chalara elegans), Maydis leaf blight (Cochliobolus heterostrophus), Black kernel of rice (Cochliobolus lunatus), Root rot (Fusarium spp), Bud rot (Gibberella avenacea), Sclerotinia disease: Lettuce (Sclerotinia minor) and Follar blight: Sugarbeet (Pseudomonas syringae pv aptata).
