Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 6535)
1) Consignment Complies with Turkey Plant Regulations Annex IV, point 44 (a and b) the growing medium, at the time of planting, was found free from insects and harmful nematodes and subjected to appropriate examination or heat treatment or fumigation to ensure that it was free from other harmful organisms and since planting: appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that the growing medium has been maintained free from harmful organisms.
2) Consignment Complies with Turkey Plant Regulations Annex IV, point 43, point (a and b) that the place of production is known to be free from Bacterial ring rot of potato (Clavibacter sepedonicus) and New Zealand black wart (Synchytrium endobioticum) and the plants originate from a field known to be free from Golden cyst nematode (Globodera pallida) and Potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis).
3) Consignment Complies with Turkey Plant Regulations Annex IV, point 47.1, point (c) that the plants have been grown in nurseries and immediately prior to export, have been subjected to an appropriate treatment against Melon thrips (Thrips palmi), and have been officially inspected and found free from Melon thrips (Thrips palmi).
4) Consignment Complies with Turkey Plant Regulations Annex IV, point 50 (a-c) plants are clean (i.e. free from plant debris) and free from flowers and fruits, have been grown in nurseries, have been inspected at appropriate times and prior to export and found free from symptoms of harmful bacteria, viruses and virus-like organisms, and either found free from signs or symptoms of harmful nematodes, insects, mites and fungi, or have been subjected to appropriate treatment to eliminate such organisms.
5) Consignment Complies with Turkey Plant Regulations Annex IV, point 56.1 (b) are an area-origin which is established as free from Tobacco whitefly (Bemisia tabaci) according to the related ISPM by the national plant protection service of the exporter country, and is declared to be free from Tobacco whitefly (Bemisia tabaci) in the official inspections made at least once every three weeks during nine weeks before the export,
6) Consignment Complies with Turkey Plant Regulations Annex IV, point 64 (a) during the last three vegetation periods, any sign of Xylella fastidiosa is not observed and it is struggled with their vectors and Pierce's disease (Xylella fastidiosa) is not present in Australia.
