Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


Consignments are to be bare rooted or in a sterile soilless medium.

Consignments are to be in new, sturdy / sealed / fully labelled containers / bags clearly indicating the country of origin.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
All plants must be treated with a systemic insecticide (Imidacloprid) at the recommended rate, one week prior to shipment.
