This case applies to the Cox hybrid citrus rootstock.
Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Fumigation
Consignment must be fumigated with methyl bromide for 2 hours at the following concentration:
- 56gpm at 5 to 10 degrees Celsius
OR
- 48gpm at 11 to 15 degrees Celsius
OR
- 40gpm at 16 to 20 degrees Celsius
OR
- 32gpm at 21 to 25 degrees Celsius
OR
- 24gpm at 26 to 30 degrees Celsius
OR
- 16gpm at 31 degrees Celsius or above
Dipping
Consignment must be treated with a 30 second dip in a solution consisting of:
- Carbaryl – 0.1% active ingredient
- Maldision – 0.1% active ingredient
- White oil – 1.0% prior to export.
Culture media
Coconut coir media is permitted and must be treated with:
- Heat treatment at 85 degrees Celsius for 15 hours
OR
- Autoclave at 120 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
