- Columnea latent viroid and Pepino mosaic virus are known not to occur in Australia. No evidence is required to endorse freedom from these pests.
- A laboratory analysis certificate must be provided to endorse freedom from Tomato Canker (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis), Potato spindle tuber viroid and Tomato chlorotic dwarf viroid. Testing must be based on a sample of 3,000 seeds or at least 10 percent of the seed lot using appropriate methods such as: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) or Reverse Transcription - Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR).
2) The consignment was found free through official testing using appropriate methods from Tomato canker (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis) and Potato spindle tuber viroid.
