These ICRs are not applicable to the seeds of the following:

- Camellia sinensis
- Carica papaya
- Cocos nucifera
- Elaeis guineensis
- Theobroma cacao
- Zea mays
- Citrus spp
- Coffea spp (excluding fresh coffee beans)
- Gossypium spp
- Oryza spp
- Poncirus spp
- Saccharum spp
- Sorghum spp

Exporters are required to obtain an import permit if exporting any parts of the above stated prohibited species under Thalaind's Quarantine Regulations.
