Explanation of Endorsement 3961:
- This endorsement should only be used if required by the import permit.
- A crop inspection certificate is required to endorse freedom from Sunflower leaf blight (Pseudomonas helianthi) and Bacterial blight of endive (Pseudomonas cichorii).
If required by the import permit, the consignment must be treated with fungicide prior to departure at approved label rates.
If treatment is carried out, treatment details are to be endorsed on the treatment section of the phytosanitary certificate.
