Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Phytosanitary certificate must state botanical name, production origin and quantity exported.

All plants and plant products transhipped through countries or districts where designated insects, mites, fungi, bacteria, viruses or nematodes occur shall be properly packed and secure d in Australia in such a way that they shall not be in contact with any other consignment.

Plants and plant products exported by sea transport shall be transported in containers which are sealed and arrive in Taiwan with seals intact. 

It is the exporters' responsibility for ensuring the seal is applied to containers.

All consignments using solid wood packing material must comply with ISPM-15.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 1761)

1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Light brown apple moth (Epiphyas postvittana), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis).


Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 5758)

1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Light brown apple moth (Epiphyas postvittana), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis) and Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli.
