The full scientific name of the seeds must be listed on the phytosanitary certificate.
Explanation of the endorsements:
- Trifolium repens, Trifolium pratense and Trifolium hybridum require an endorsement of freedom from Arabis mosaic virus and Stem and bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
- Endorsements 7142, 7243, 7244 and 7245 apply to Trifolium repens, Trifolium pratense and Trifolium hybridum.
- All other Trifolium spp. require an endorsement of freedom from Arabis mosaic virus only.
Endorsement 7242:
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required for endorsing freedom from Arabis mosaic virus and Stem and bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
Endorsement 7243:
- A crop inspection report is required for endorsing freedom from Arabis mosaic virus and Stem and bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
Endorsement 7244:
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required for endorsing freedom from Arabis mosaic virus.
- A crop inspection report is required for endorsing freedom from Stem and bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
Endorsement 7245:
- A crop inspection report is required for endorsing freedom from Arabis mosaic virus.
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required for endorsing freedom from Stem and bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required for endorsing freedom from Arabis mosaic virus.
- Consignments that contain Trifolium repens, Trifolium pratense and Trifolium hybridum seed must undergo appropriate quarantine treatment against Stem and bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) prior to export. A treatment certificate must be provided as evidence attesting to the treatment to the Authorised Officer at this time of inspection.
