This Import Condition Requirement only applies to plants sourced from Tasmania and Victoria.
Export of Nepenthus spp plants from other states are prohibited.
Complete scientific name of the consignment (including genus name and species name), origin, and quantity need to be stated on the phytosanitary certificate.
TAIWAN TRANSHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Consignments which are being transhipped through countries or districts where designated insects, mites, fungi, bacteria, viruses or nematodes occur shall be properly packed and secured in Australia in such a way that they shall not be in contact with any other consignment.
Plants and plant products exported by sea transport shall be transported in containers which are sealed and arrive in Taiwan with seals intact.

If the consignments are treated prior to export, the information regarding the treatment, including the method, date, chemicals used, dosage, and other relevant information of treatment need to be stated in the treatment section of the phytosanitary certificate.
