Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.



Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.

It is the exporter’s responsibility to ensure the consignment is exported within 14 days of inspection.

Refer to the inspection date in the Request for Permit.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 7200)
1) The "in-vitro plantlets" have been cultured on growing medium free from antibiotics and charcoal,
2) The plant have been pathogen tested and found free from Alomae disease complex, Bobone virus, Dasheen mosaic virus and Taro small basilliform virus.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 7201)
1) The "in-vitro plantlets" have been cultured on growing medium free from antibiotics and charcoal,
2) Alomae disease complex, Bobone virus, Dasheen mosaic virus and Taro small basilliform virus are known not to occur in area of production where the mother plants were grown.
