Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2285)
1) Larger grain borer (Prostephanus truncatus), Banana moth (Opogona sacchari) and Downy mildew of sunflower (Plasmopora halstedii) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Sunflower rust (Puccinia helianthi).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 2186)
1) Larger grain borer (Prostephanus truncatus), Banana moth (Opogona sacchari) and Downy mildew of sunflower (Plasmopora halstedii) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Sunflower rust (Puccinia helianthi).
