A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
If required by the import permit, consignments must be accompanied by a certificate from an accredited laboratory showing freedom from Salmonella and Escherichia coli.
The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Note: Fumigation of oilseeds, including canola seeds, with methyl bromide is not permitted under the Australian label requirements.
