Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
 


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2806)
1) Peach rosette mosaic nepovirus, Tomato ringspot nepovirus, Blueberry leaf mottle virus, Blueberry red ringspot caulimovirus, Blueberry (necrotic) shock ilarvirus, Blueberry shoestring sobemovirus,  ericaceae (Diaporthe vaccinii), Cranberry cottonball disease (Monilinia oxycocci), Mummy berry (Monilinia vaccinii-corymbosi), Sudden oak disease (Phytopthora ramorum), Texas root rot (Phymatotrichum omnivorum), and Blueberry Canker (Godronia cassandrae), Blueberry witches broom phytoplasma, Blueberry scorch carlavirus, Cranberry false blossom phytoplasma, and Blueberry stunt phytoplasma are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Microsphaera vaccinii and Tobacco ringspot nepovirus. 
3) The plants have been cultured on growing medium free from antibiotics,
4) The cultures in the consignment are tissue culture derived from meristem (<0.8mm) from disease free tested nuclear material.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 2807)
