Case applies to plants ex glasshouse and not older than 10 weeks and/or a height that exceeds 200 mm.

Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and age of the plants and to present to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2787)
1) Armillaria root rot (Armillaria tabescens) and Tortoise wax scale (Ceroplastes japonicus) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) Florida wax scale (Ceroplastes floridensis) is known not to occur in the area of production,
3) The plants were rooted, cultivated and are packed in a sterilised medium free from soil particles.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 2788)
1) Armillaria root rot (Armillaria tabescens) and Tortoise wax scale (Ceroplastes japonicus) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The plants were inspected and found free of Florida wax scale (Ceroplastes floridensis),
3) The plants were rooted, cultivated and are packed in a sterilised medium free from soil particles.
