Consignments are to be free from fruits, seeds and pods.
All media used for packing is to be sterilized and free from soil particles. Evidence of sterilization is to be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
ICR applies to rooted plants/rotted cuttings which were grown in a glasshouse and are not older than 10 weeks and/or have a height which does not exceed 200mm - exporter to provide evidence and to present to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection.

1) Potato rot nematode (Ditylenchus destructor), Leaf miners (Liriomyza spp), Pacific spider mite (Tetranychus pacificus), McDaniel spider mite (Tetranychus mcdanielli), 4-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus canadensis) and Texas root rot (Phymatotrichopsis omnivora) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides bessayi), Spring dwarf nematode (Aphelenchoides fragariae), Chrysanthemum foliar nematode (Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis),
3) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Verticillium wilt (Verticillium albo-atrum),
4) The plants were rooted, cultivated and are packed in a sterilised medium free from soil particles.
