Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.


Consignment must be clearly labelled with its full botanical name (genus and species).

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 8124)
1) Fireblight (Erwinia amylovora), Pierce's disease (Xylella fastidiosa), Raspberry leaf curl virus (RLCV), Raspberry ringspot nepovirus, Sudden Oak Death (Phytophthora ramorum), Tomato black ring nepovirus and Tomato ringspot nepovirus are not known to occur in Australia.
2) The parent plants were found free through laboratory testing of Arabis mosaic nepovirus, Cherry leaf roll nepovirus, Pellicularia koleroga (Corticium stevensii), Phytophthora fragariae var rubi, Raspberry symptomless decline (Raspberry bushy dwarf idaeovirus), Rubus stunt Phytoplasma, Strawberry latent ringspot nepovirus and Tobacco ringspot nepovirus.
3) The parent plants were inspected during active growth and found to be free from symptoms of Raspberry mosaic disease complex (viruses).
4) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Chrysanthemum foliar nematode (Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi).
5) The cultures in the consignment are meristem tip cultures (<0.8mm) derived from disease free tested nuclear material.
