Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignment must be correctly labelled with full botanical name (genus and species).

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 7357)

1) Blackheaded webworm (Hyphantria cunea), Blackknot of cherry (Apiosporina morbosa), Brownheaded leafroller (Ctenopseustis obliquana), Cherry rasp leaf nepovirus, Comstock's mealybug (Pseudococcus comstocki), Common twist moth (Pandemis cerasana), European canker (Nectria galligena), European stone fruit yellows, Eotetranychus mcdanieli, Great brown twist moth (Archips podana), Tomato ringspot nepovirus, Summer fruit tortriad (Adoxophyes orana), Navel orange worm (Amyelois transitella), Peach twig borer (Anarsia lineatella), Rose leafroller (Archips rosanas), Fireblight (Erwinia amylovora), Glassy-winged sharpshooter (Homalodisca coagulata),Winter moth (Operophtera brumata), Hop vine aphid (Phorodon humuli), Plum pox potyvirus, Eye spotted bud moth (Spilonota ocellana), McDaniel spider mite (Tetranychus mcdanieli), Hawthorn spider mite (Amphitetranychus viennensis), Tomato black ring nepovirus, Spotted cutworm (Xestia c-nigrum), Leopard moth (Zeuzera pyrina), Yellow spider mite (Eotetranchus carpini), Oblique banded leafroller (Choristoneura rosaceana), Pear thrips (Taeniothrips inconsequens), Oblique banded leafroller (Choristoneura rosaceana), Strawberry latent ringspot nepovirus, Plum gall mite (Diptacus gigantorhynchus), Peach rosette phytoplasma, Peach X disease phytoplasma, Orange tortrix (Argyrotaenia citrana), Peach tree borer (Synanthedon exitiosa), and Raspberry ringspot nepovirus are not known to occur in Australia.
2) The cuttings in this consignment were inspected and found free from Ambrosia beetle (Xyleborus dispar), Black cherry aphid (Myzus cerasi), Light brown apple moth (Epiphyas postvittana), Pink hibiscus mealybug (Maconellicoccus hirsutus), Japanese bayberry whitefly (Parabemisia myricae), Oriental tobacco budworm (Helicoverpa punctigera), Japanese long scale (Lopholeucaspis japonica) and Indian white wax scale (Ceroplastes ceriferus).

3) The parent plants were laboratory tested during active growth and found free from American plum line pattern ilarvirus,  Brown rot (Monilinia fructicola), Cherry leaf spot fungi (Blumeriella jaapii), Cherry Twisted leaf associated virus, Cherry leaf roll nepovirus, Cherry lethal yellows, Cherry moliere disease, Little cherry virus, Tobacco ringspot nepovirus and Tomato bushy stunt tombusvirus.
