Endorsement 5065 and 4528:
- Applicable for seeds sourced from Queensland.
- Applicable when seed is sourced from other states.
Endorsement 7619:
- Only applicable when required by the import permit.
If required by the import permit, consignments are to be treated with:
Treatment is only to be endorsed on the Phytosanitary certificate when the import permit specifically states this requirement. When an import permit is presented with no treatment requirement, the consignment does not require treatment and a phytosanitary certificate will be issued without a treatment endorsement.
- an appropriate wide-spectrum fungicide at manufacturer's label requirements;
AND
- an appropriate wide-spectrum insecticide at manufacturer's label requirements;
OR
- fumigated with an appropriate fumigant at manufacturer's label requirements.
