Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


ICR applies to rooted plants ex glasshouse, not older than 10 weeks and/or height not to exceed 200mm.

1) Texas root rot (Phymatotrichopsis omnivora), Indian peanut clump virus, Potato rot nematode (Ditylenchus destructor), Wheat stem sawfly (Cephus cinctus), Wheat bulb fly (Delia coarctata), Stalk borer (Diatraea saccharalis), Spider mite (Oligonychus pratensis) and Wheat armyworm (Pseudaletia sequax) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Wheat nematode (Anguina gramins), Sting nematode (Belonolaimus longicaudatus) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci),
3) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Mealybug (Chorizococcus glandulosus), Grass caterpillar (Herpetogramma liacarsisalis), Australian soldier fly (Inopus rubriceps), Argentine stem weevil (Listronotus bonariensis), Common army worm (Mythimna convecta), Barley grub (Persectania ewingii) and Mealybug (Rhizoecus incrassatus),
4) The plants are packed in a sterilised medium free from soil particles.
