Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.

Consignments must be correctly labelled with its full botanical name (genus and species).

Note: Bulbs may have sprouted up to 2cm.

1) 
Basal rot (Rhizoctonia tuliparum), Bulb mealy bug (Phenacoccus avenae), Common swift moth (Hepialus lupulinus), Lesser bulb fly (Eumerus tuberculatus), Onion bulb fly (Eumerus strigatus), Phenacoccus madeirensis, Raspberry ringspot nepovirus, Strawberry latent ringspot nepovirus, Texas root rot (Phymatotrichopsis omnivora) and Tomato black ring nepovirus are not known to occur in Australia.
2) The parent plants were inspected during active growth and were found to be freefrom Sclerotinia bulborum, Sclerotinia narcissicola and Sclerotinia polyblastis.
3) The consignment was tested and found free from Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Tobacco rattle tobravirus.
4) The consignment was inspected and found free from Narcissus bulb fly (Merodon equestris), Rhizoglyphus fumouzi, Rhizoglyphusnarcissi, Grape mealybug (Pseudococcus maritimus) and Trochanter mealybug (Pseudococcus sorghiellus).
5) The consignment is free from unsterilised growing medium and soil.
