1) Eastern filbert blight (Anisogramma anomala), Sudden oak death (Phytophthora ramorum), Texas root rot (Phymatotrichum omnivorum), Apple proliferation phytoplasma (Candidatus Phytoplasma mali), Honey mushroom (Armillaria ostoyeae), Apple canker (Neonectria galligena), Knotgrass moth (Acronicta rumicis), Hawthorn spider mite (Amphitetranychus viennensis), Citrus long horned beetle (Anoplophora chinensis), European leafroller (Archips rosana), Oblique banded leaf roller (Choristoneura rosaceana), Pear oyster scale (Diaspidiotus ostraeformis), Yellow vine mite (Eotetranychus carpini), Linden spider mite (Eotetranychus tiliarium), Citrus flatid plant hopper (Metcalfa pruinosa), Larger elm leaf beetle (Monocesta coryli), Winter moth (Operophtera brumata), European fruit lecanium (Parthernolecanium corni), Acarine gall mite (Phytocoptella avellanae) and Pear blight beetle (Xyleborus dispar), are not known to occur in Australia,

3) The plants were found free through laboratory testing of Bacterial blight (Xanthomonas arboricola pv corylina),
4) The plants were inspected during active growth and found free from Powdery mildew (Microsphaera penicillata),
5) The plants and the place of production were inspected and found free from Bacterial blight (Xanthomonas arboricola pv corylina),
6) The plant material is packed in a sterilised medium free from soil particles,
7) The plant material is free from fruit, seed and pods.
