Explanation of the endorsements

Endorsement 1091:

  • A crop inspection certificate is required to endorse freedom from Tobacco ringspot nepovirus, Tomato ringspot nepovirus and Squash mosaic comovirus.

Endorsement 1092:

  • A laboratory analysis certificate indicating that ELISA testing was conducted is required to endorse freedom from Tobacco ringspot nepovirus, Tomato ringspot nepovirus and Squash mosaic comovirus.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 1091)
1) The parent plants were inspected during the growing season and found free from Tobacco ringspot nepovirus, Tomato ringspot nepovirus and Squash mosaic comovirus.
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 1092)
1) The consignment was sampled accoridng to ISTA rules, tested using ELISA and found free from Tobacco ringspot nepovirus, Tomato ringspot nepovirus and Squash mosaic comovirus.
