Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


All media used for packing is to be sterilized and free from soil particles.

Evidence of sterilization is to be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection

Plants must be less than 2 years of age.

1) Cadang cadang disease, Awka disease (Lethal yellowing MLO), Red ring nematode (Rhadinaphelenchus cocophilus), Palm red weevil (Rhynchophorus palmarum), Texas rot root (Phymatotrichopsis omnivora), Spider mite (Eotetranychus pruni), Leaf miners (Liriomyza spp), Pacific spider mite (Tetranychus pacificus), Schoene spider mite (Tetranychus schoenei), McDaniel spider mite (Tetranychus mcdanielli), 4-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus canadensis), Hawthorn spider mite (Tetranychus viennensis) and Potato rot nematode (Ditylenchus destructor) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Durian fruit rot (Phytophthora palmivora), White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides bessayi), Spring dwarf nematode (Aphelenchoides fragariae), Chrysanthemum foliar nematode (Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci)
3) A representative sample was inspected and found free of 6-spotted spider mite (Eotetranychus sexmaculatus) and Western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis).
