1) Texas root rot (Phymatotrichum omnivorum), New Zealand black wart (Synchytrium endobioticum), Potato rot nematode (Ditylenchus destructor) and Wheat curl mite (Aceria tulipae) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides bessayi), Spring dwarf nematode (Aphelenchoides fragariae), Chrysanthemum foliar nematode (Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci),
3) The consignment is free from growing media and soil.
