Consignments must be accompanied by an import permit and a declaration by the importer that the nuts will not be used for planting purposes.
Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.
Nuts with stems/wooden parts with a maximum of 2 cm in length will be allowed entry.
