A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignment is to be accompanied by:

  • Sampling certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer
  • Sack certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer (if bagged product)
  • Empty Container certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer (if bagged or bulk loaded product)
  • Seed Analysis certificate issued by officially recognized Seed Testing laboratory
